Frame thickness varies from 15mm to 150mm depending on the application. Both single and double sided units are available in lit or non lit applications.

The Frameless Fabric Series can be used to make custom displays as large as 6000mm x 2000mm. Customers are able to choose any size they require to fill the sapce they have available. These displays can be backlit or edge lit using either fluorescent tubes or LEDs to create stunning eye catching displays.

The Frameless Fabric Series Light Boxes & Poster Frames are quick and simple to install and the canvas print is easily changed when you wish to refresh you campaign. The system has a unique groove that the canvas slots into. To enable the canvas to be secured to the poster box, the canvas has a rubber or silicone bead stitched along the perimeter. The canvas is then simply stretched by hand until the bead can be pressed gently into the slot .

The Frameless Fabric Series can be supplied as wall mounted, free standing or suspended displays and can be completely customised to your needs.

The Frameless Fabric Series benefits are further enhanced by the fact that the units can be shipped flat packed, thus saving freight and packaging costs. Once assembled the banner is stretched taught over the frame to present a totally flat crease free display.

Curved LED Lit Double Sided Light Box

We have done it again. Our customer asked for an A3 Double Sided Curved Light Box to display posters on their counters and we delivered.

Here is a photo of the prototype custom made light box.

We used our standard snap frame extrusion for the uprights and laser cut the acrylic stand and cap on our flat bed laser cutter. The poster is held in place behind a 1mm clear PVC overlay.

To remove the poster from the light box, we supply a suction cap. The suction cap is pressed against the top edge of the PVC overlay. Once it is pressed into place, pull backwards and the PVC will slip out easily. Change the poster and simply bend the PVC to fit the curve of the light box and it will snap into place.

To crown it all, there are no tooling costs, we have all the material readily available and we can now make these curved light boxes as a standard item in sizes from A4 up to A2. The price works out very economically and they look great.
